TERMS:All payments must be received within 10 business and prior to shipment ofmachine. All sales in OK are subject to applicable federal, state, and localuse, sales and excise taxes which the Buyer agrees to pay, and which will bebilled as part of the selling price, or separately, if the Seller is requiredby any taxing authority to collect and pay such a tax.
PAYMENTS:We will email you an invoice for the full amount owed. Please Do Not Pay untilyou have received our invoice. Items not paid within 10 days from the end ofsale, will be re-listed. Payments by check will be held for 10 business daysuntil check clears. Seller accepts money orders, bank checks, or wiretransfers.
SHIPPING;Customer Is Responsible For All Packaging, Shipping & Rigging Costs. NoInternational Shipping. Freight costs to be quoted at time of sale fromoriginating zip code.
Anyitem not picked up within 30 days from End of Sale, will be charged 10% ofitems cost per month for storage.
TITLE:Title shall not pass to Buyer upon delivery of the goods, but shall remainvested in Seller until the entire purchase price and applicable taxes are paidin full.
