RETURNS
Return any certified pre-owned item for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the product for a product exchange or complete refund (of the product price), provided that the return meets the following conditions:
- Product must be returned in the same condition as it was sold. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns unless stated otherwise.
- Refunds will be issued for the price that the item was sold for (and any applicable sales tax) only. Original shipping charges are not refundable, unless item is damaged during shipment.
- If item is damaged during shipment please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will first try to replace your item if applicable, otherwise we will offer a full refund of the product as well as pay for the return shipment.
- Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receipt and inspection of the items.

- We cannot be held accountable for the post office shipping times. If you would like to receive a refund if an item is notreceived by a specific date there will be a 20% restocking fee and the refund will not be given until we receive the item.
- If you would like a guarantee that your item will be delivered by a specific you can contact us and pay for overnight shipping.
