For a flat $6.00 transfer fee, residents of
Greater Sacramento and surrounding areas can pick up items at the Haggin
Oaks Golf Shop. No additional amount is charged for multiple items.

STANDARD SHIPPING SERVICE:
Packages shipped within the Continental United States are sent UPS Ground. A physical address (no P.O. Box) is required for delivery.
Packages shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam are sent USPS Priority Mail.
We also offer shipping to U.S. Military Addresses (APO, FPO) through USPS Priority Mail.
Express shipping services
(UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, & Next Day Air) are available upon
request. Please contact us and provide us with a destination zip code
for a quote.
Combined shipping policy for domestic packages:
The highest Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service will be used as the
base amount. Each additional item (excluding iron sets) will be charged
$2.50 per item. Iron sets that can be combined will be charged an
additional $5.00 per set. Due to the size restrictions of Golf Bag
boxes, Golf Bags are NOT eligible for combined shipping. Rates apply to
items that can be packaged securely in the same box and is ultimately
up to Morton Golf's align="center">WORLDWIDE SHIPPING SERVICE:
International packages will be shipped UPS Worldwide Expedited at the advertised rate for each country. USPS Express Mail International will be used to ship out to countries not serviced by UPS.
The contents of the
package will be declared at the actual value of the closing price/offer.
Please do not make any request to declare the package as a "Gift" or to
adjust the value of the item. Any such request will be denied.
Brokerage fees are
included in the shipping rate. The buyer is responsible for all import
taxes & duties charged by their respective government. This amount
will be collected at the time of delivery
Combined shipping policy for international packages:
Fees vary pending the dimensional weight of the package & shipping
destination. Please email us for a quote. Due to the dimensions of
Golf Bag boxes, Golf Bags are NOT eligible for combined shipping. Rates
apply to items that can be packaged securely in the same box and is
ultimately up to Morton Golf's discretion.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The owner of the purchasing
username/account is ultimately responsible for the purchase of the item
won. Payment is due within 7 days of the listing's end. Please inform
us if there are circumstances preventing a timely payment. Customers
shopping for multiple items for combined shipping are granted the 10 day
period with payment due 7 days after the final item has been won.
SALES TAX:
California residents and/or shipments delivered in California are subject to a Sales Tax of 7.75%.
RETURNS:
In the event the customer is not
satisfied with the purchase the item can be returned to Morton Golf
within 14 days of receiving the product. A refund will be issued minus
the original shipping expense charged to the customer.
DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM SHIPPED:

Morton Golf will make every attempt to correct the matter. A return
label and/or refund will be available if necessary.
CANCELLING AN ORDER:
A $10.00 cancellation fee will be charged to customers requesting to back out of items won.

Due to the large quantities of items
sold, Morton Golf utilizes an automated response system. Please leave
response once you have received and are satisfied with your purchase.
Positive response will then be reciprocated.
FAILED DELIVERY OF INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES:
UPS will make several attempts to
deliver the package to the provided address. Should the buyer fail to
claim the package and/or fail to pay the taxes & duties associated
with the delivery, one of the following courses of action will take
place:
1) If the value of the item(s) is
greater than or equal to the reported cost (determined by UPS) to have
the package returned to Morton Golf, the package will be shipped back to
Morton Golf at the buyer's expense. Any amount remaining will then be
refunded to the customer.
2) If the value of the item(s) is
less than the reported cost (determined by UPS) to have the package
returned to Morton Golf, the package will be destroyed/discarded. A
refund will not be issued in this event.
