Items ordered before 1pm are sent on the same day with Australia Post E parcel for delivery around Australia. For your convenience, each parcel will include email tracking advice. Insurance is available on request for each consignment. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Each parcel must be signed for by the receiver, alternatively if no one is available to sign, your parcel will be held at your local post office and redelivered at a time that is convenient to you.
