Shipping
We ship via UPS ONLY at buyer's expense, and offer Ground, Next Day Air, 2-Day Air, and 3-Day Air. The shipping charge is based on the level of service, destination, and weight of the item and includes handling.
Your order will ship from Florida within 1-2 business day after receipt of payment (weekends & holidays not included). Shipping days & days in transit do NOT include weekends or holidays. For example, a Next Day Air order shipped on Friday will deliver Monday.
Returns
We stand behind everything that we sell and will do everything possible to assure you are satisfied. When you receive your purchase if you are not 100% satisfied, please email us and we'll do our best to make you happy. If you still want to return your purchase, just pay to ship the item(s) back, and we will refund your original purchase price less a 15% handling fee & the original shipping charge. We must be notified of the intent to return your item within 5 days of receiving the item, and the original item must be returned to us within 15 days of receipt. Please be aware that all items purchased in new condition and then used (even once) are not returnable.

Excellent
Virtually indistinguishable from new. Maintains the luster of new. May have some slight signs of shopwear or very very slight use A can't miss deal!
Great
Shows some visible signs of limited use, but is in fantastic shape and has been exceptionally well maintained. If you look really close, you may see some minor or faint cosmetic blemishes (e.g., very light scuffing and/or scratching), but overall, the luster of new is still very much alive. No skymarks. Overall great condition!

Shows general wear associated with normal use over the course of a season or more but has been well cared for. Does not retain any of the "new look" but is in better than average condition. There is absolutely no sign of abuse. Cosmetic imperfections are typically visible. Examples include: scuffing, scratching, tiny paint blemishes, shallow dings/nicking, pop up marks, and normal shaft wear.

Visible signs of FREQUENT play & very well maintained. Cosmetic blemishes are clearly visible and may include: pop-up marks, heavy scuffing and scratching, paint chipping, heavy finish wear, shaft burn and pitting, natural dings/nicking/gouges, etc. Ideal for those who are less concerned with cosmetics and are looking for great value and performance!
Nice
Shows substantial wear, heavy use, and obvious signs of abuse/neglect. The performance of this club(s) is perfectly in tact, but it definitely won't win any beauty prizes. If you can get past the cosmetics, there is plenty of life still in this one!...plus, get it for a steal!

Used for multiple seasons and has not been well maintained.
Refinished
Clubhead has been professionally refinished (painted, buffed, or polished) as close to new as possible. Shafts or grips may have some signs of wear. Overall rating is excellent or better.
