Cub Cadet 125 Garden Tractor, Hydrostatic Drive, 1969
This is a 1969 Cub Cadet 125 Garden Tractor withhydrostatic drive. I bought it used and mowed with it for a long time. It runs,drives and mows. It doesn’t have the power that it used to. It doesn’t smoke. Allthe tires hold air but have some age cracks. The steering is loose from usage. It’s notcharging the battery when it runs. The carburetor leaks. When the engine is running the hood rattles,the muffler rattles, and the clutch rattles. Battery is not included.
Years ago I had problems with the regulator so I moved itfrom above the engine and mounted it on the left side of the dash tower wherethere is less vibration and less heat. The original wiring harness was notmodified, just re-routed so it can be put back to original configuration ifdesired.
This tractor is well worn but complete (except battery)with the onlymodifications being the regulator relocated and the seat replaced.
The 42” mower deck works. The deck has some olderprevious repairs and some more recent cracks and rust holes.
Battery is not included.
