Shoes--are calculated by the USPS and the cost varies according to zip code, box size and weight . The listing has a shipping calculator you can use to estimate shipping cost.
Golf clubs and larger items are shipped via Fedex Home/Ground shipping. I do try to accommodate individual requests--just write me.
Make sure your PayPal address is updated--that is the address used for shipping.
Combined shipping discount--for items that can fit in a box together such as shoes or smaller items. Golf clubs can also be combined. Any questions, feel free to ask.

All items are insured, either by USPS, Fedex or an alternate insurer. Insurance is included in the handling charge. Please write me in advance of offerding for any special arrangements regarding shipping.
