These clubs have some light to moderate dings and scratches on the sole and light to moderate scratching on the face from normal use. The paint in numbers on the soles is starting to wear. The back cavities and insets have a few light scratches and the perimeters have some light dings and scratching from bag wear. The shaft bands are intact and fraying slightly along the edges. These irons look great at address and will play as well as the day they were made.

The rating of any used item…especially golf clubs is incredibly subjective. We strongly suggest that buyers take the time to closely inspect the photos provided and use our rating only as a guideline….and make your own assessment of the item prior to purchase. If you have any questions regarding our rating or specifications please refer to the rating guide in our template or please contact us regarding any questions or concerns PRIOR to offerding.

If you feel we have erred in our listing after you receive the item please contact us immediately upon receipt to discuss a suitable resolution to your satisfaction or set up a return authorization (RMA#)

NOTE! All items must be returned in the exact condition they were sold including all accessories and tools…therefore, do not play the club…if you hit it and scratch it, you own it!

We DO NOT guarantee individual performance or fitting to your game….we are not the manufacturer, nor have we taken part in fitting you for the item…therefore are not responsible for the item not performing to your desired wants or needs. Returns are NOT accepted for these reasons.

We DO however guarantee the current condition at the point of sale as described in our listing. We closely inspect and test our items prior to listing to ensure utility in the current condition of the item. Please contact us immediately in the very rare occurrence of item failure in its first uses.

Return Guidelines

1. All returns require a RMA Number provided by The Sweet Spot. The RMA number MUST be clearly written on the package. Failure to do so may result in refused shipments and will be returned to you at your expense.

2. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs including customs brokerage, duties and taxes. If a shipment arrives with owing charges it will be refused…we strongly advise that all charges are paid at the point of shipping to avoid this expense.

3. We do not guarantee individual performance or fitting of the item to your game. We did not make the club, nor did we have any part in your selection to meet your needs…as such returns are not accepted for these reasons.

4. Return items must be received at The Sweet Spot within 14 days from delivery to your location. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of its return and only after we have inspected the item…the refund amount will be based on the original item purchase price and tax ONLY. Our original shipping cost is not refundable... Including items sold with “free” shipping.

5. Items must be received in the same condition as they were sold and must include all accessories they were sold with. Since item performance is not guaranteed…If you hit it…You own it!

FedEx Ground is our sole shipping provider. 4. How long will it take to get my club purchase?
Orders will ship the following business day after payment is received, often orders with payments received before 12pm noon EST will ship the same day via FedEx Ground Services.

Canadian customers… transit times range from next business day to 4 business days depending on your location and proximity from Saskatchewan. Faster air service (usually next day) may be available upon request, please contact us for a rate quote for this upgraded service option.

US customers… typical transit times vary from 4-7 business days to most US locations via Fed Ex Ground. We can offer faster 2 day air service upon request on an order by order basis, please contact us for a rate quote for this upgraded service.

All other countries… Typical transit time is 2-4 business days via FedEx air services. We are currently working towards adding more countries to our list. If your country is not currently listed please check back, as we hope to add more countries very soon.

5. Can you send me a tracking number for my order?
Yes of course! We rely on the Kyozou email notification system to forward you the FedEx tracking number, as well as a separate email from FedEx\'s automated tracking email notification system. A couple reasons why you haven\'t received these notifications may be that your email address has changed from the one provided on your PayPal or account, or that your email service is blocking them. Regardless the reason, please contact us through the messaging service and we will provide one to you.

6. Are the pictures of the actual club I will receive?
Yes, our pictures are always of the actual club(s) we are selling.

7. I am looking for a particular club that is currently not listed or was listed and I missed the sale, do you have this club and how much would it cost?
We truly wish we had time to help customers with specific club requests but unfortunately we do not. If the club you were watching did not sell and the sale has ended, it will be re listed within a couple days. We receive new inventory and add sales on a regular basis, if an item is currently not listed, it is not for sale.

8. How much do you want for the currently listed item? How much would it take to end the sale now? I need it right away.
We DO NOT end sales early or convert them to a \"Buy it Now\" type listing. We will not sell items outside the marketplace that are currently listed to . It is simply unfair to others watching the item who may hope to offer and win the sale. We receive MANY of these emails and requests, unfortunately we do not have time to answer all of them.

The only reason we will ever end an sale early is if there is an error in the listing which compromises the integrity of our sale. In these rare cases we will correct the listing and re-list it in the near future.

Club Condition Ratings

New: In New Condition. Club has not been hit. Club may or may not be in original plastic wrap. Any very light shop wear will be mentioned in the \"condition details\" section of the sale.

Mint: Very slight traces of use. There may be some shop wear, or some light surface scratching on the face and sole from hitting no more than a few balls in the shop, or playing a single round of golf. Clubs in this condition will look no different than a new club will look after one or two rounds of use.

Excellent: Very light wear, club used lightly and well taken care of. Most likely used for one season or less. Any smaller dings or paint scratches will be mentioned in the \"condition details\" section of the sale.

Very Good: Club shows normal signs of moderate use, (probably more than one season) but well taken care of. Any light skymarking, light bag wear, or light paint chipping will be mentioned in the \"condition details\" section of the sale.

Good: Club may have some lighter to moderate skymarking and paint chipping along with some lighter bag wear on the shaft. Irons may have some larger dings or heavier scratching which will be mentioned in the \"condition details\" section of the sale. Club will play as well as the day it was made despite some cosmetic blemishes.

Fair: Club was most likely heavily used and probably not very well taken care of. Paint Chips and Skymarking are most likely present along with possible bag wear on the shaft. These clubs are usually ugly. They will however, perform acceptably despite appearance. These are sometimes our best bargains.
