SHIPPING AND HANDLING
- SHIPPING COSTS-Please check the "Shipping and Payments" section for available service, rates and estimate delivery date.
- COMBINED SHIPPING- We combine shipping for sales that end within 5 days. The item with the highest original S/H rate will always be counted as the first item and be charged the original S/H rate. Alladditional items will be charged the "additional item" discounted combined S/H rate. Some items cannot be combineddue to itsshape and/or safety reasons. Do NOT pay until the sale for all theitems you want to combine end. ONLY items paid together can be combined.
- HANDLING TIME-Regular items will be shipped out within one business day when payment is received and cleared. Customized items will take 3- 5 business days to ship.
- TRACKING-Tracking numbers will be sent to your email addressas soon asthe order is processed.

- SHIPPING ADDRESS- For your protection, we ONLY ship to the shipping address you enter during check out. Address modifications made through email or phoneare NOT accepted. Please make sure all your information in both your and PayPal accountsare valid and up-to-date. We are NOT responsible for undeliverable/returned packages due to wrong/incomplete addresses. Buyers need to pay the handling fee and re-shipping postage to reship the package.
- LOCAL PICK UP-NOT allowed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- SHIPPING COUNTRIES-We ship worldwide for most of the items we are sell. Some restrictions may apply to customized items and Golf GPS items. Please check the "Shipping and Payments" section for details.
- TRANSIT TIME-Transit time for international shipments can be expanded due to various reasons such as custom clearance, national holidays and/or weather conditions. Sellers are NOT responsible for any delays unless it is due to our shipping error.
- DECLARE VALUE-Sorry we CANNOT mark items at a lower value or mark it as a gift.
- DUTY-Buyers are responsible for importing duties and taxes if any.
SALES TAX
- We only charge sales tax to CALIFORNIA customers, currently at the rate of 9.75%.
PAYMENT
- We accept payment via PayPal only. Please submit payment within 3 business days once the item has ended.
- Please remember to update your shipping address when submitting your payment. Do NOT email usfor address modifications after the payment is made.
RETURNS
- Regular unopened items in original condition can be returned within 7 days from the delivery date. Item must be returned in original packing with all contents. A 15% restocking fee applies to all opened items. We do NOT accept returns for customized items.
- The shipping and handling charge is NOT refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges unless defective/damaged/wrong itemsare shipped.
- Please contact us fora return authorization number (RA#) and for return instructions. The RA# must be clearly written on the return package.
- Please contact us within 48 hours for defective/damaged/wrong items received.
