The items I sell range in
condition from shelf pulls to store returns. Some boxes may be damaged and/or
missing paperwork. I test the items I sell for power only. I do not
test the items for full functionality. If the item has a plug, most of the time
it is tested for basic function and labeled "tested and works. Please
don't purchase with the intentions of receiving a brand new item and our
transaction will be very smooth. If you are not sure if something is included
in the sale please ask, please don't assume it is or isn't. I do my best to
describe what I see accurately but I may miss something (I am only human). If
you receive your item and it is not as described, we can do a fast return and
you see in the pictures is what you can expect to get, if it is not in the
picture then it does not come with it. PLEASE
READ EVERYTHING IN THE LISTING DESCRIPTION PRIOR TO offerDING. ITEMS COME AS
SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS WITH ONLY WHAT IS SHOWN.
AUTOMATED NON PAYMENT CASE: A non –Payment case will be opened automatically in 2
business days. Do not ask me to cancel the transaction after a case has been
opened, it can’t be done.
SHIPPING: I do shipping
Monday-Friday, If you pay on Friday afternoon the package will go out Monday.
Delivery can take anywhere from 1 - 6 days depending on where you live.
WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE USA/CANADA. IF YOU
LIVE OUTSIDE THE USA/CANADA AND DO NOT HAVE A CONFIRMED SHIPPING WITHIN THE US
THEN WE CAN NOT SHIP TO YOU! YOU MIGHT LOOK INTO FINDING A MAIL FORWARDING
PROVIDER IN THE USA AND GETTING THEIR ADDRESS ADDED AND CONFIRMED IN YOUR
I only ship to the confirmed
address you have in and PayPal. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
ALSO IF YOU LIVE IN CANADA UNDERSTAND THAT
DUTIES AND CUSTOMS TAXES ARE COLLECTED PRIOR TO DELIVERY AND WE DON'T EVER KNOW
WHAT THOSE RATES ARE OR HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER THEM AT ALL. KEEP IN MIND IF
offerDING IN CANADA YOU WILL END UP HAVING TO PAY THESE.
FED EX charges a sur charge for home
delivery that is not reflected in a shipping price, that sur charge varies in
price like 5 % on average, we don’t do this, they do, There is nothing we can
do about it. Please don’t give us grief

after purchase and will email you the number once I print the
Shipping insurance: I do insure most shipments we send out.
Under no circumstances will refunds be given
on shipping. We take extra effort and spend a lot of additional money to ensure
that that all items are boxed well to prevent shipping damage. It doesn't
happen frequently but we cannot guarantee that a shipper won't damage it
anyway. Should that happen then all our shipments will be insured it so that
should damage occur a claim can be made with the shipper. We cannot assume
responsibility for packages damaged by the shipper so by offerding the buyer
accepts this responsibility. We cannot provide refunds on items that have
suffered damage between here & there but will do all we can to ensure
damage claims are taken care of and will forward all claim monies upon receipt.
QUESTIONS: I encourage
you to ask questions! Please don't make assumptions; I will happily answer any
questions you may have. In an attempt to keep normal hours (seems like selling
on is a 24/7 job) I will respond to emails during the hours of 8 a.m.-
3 p.m. (Pacific Time) Monday thru Friday. Saturday and Sunday I will relax!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: will
be as stated in the listing
ISSUES: I don't do partial refunds so don't even ask or "fish" (so
many people out there doing response extortion ruined this). I really always
prefer you send the item back for a full refund. I'll take the loss on the
shipping charge sending it to you and buyer pays return shipping. If the item
is damaged in shipping I will open a claim with USPS or FED EX.
If you feel the item is not as
described, please contact me before opening a case with . I truly want to
make every transaction with me a great experience.
issues regarding a product or a shipment must be brought up within a reasonable
time frame upon receiving you item or shipment, generally within 72 business
hours. Don’t tell us a month later that
something is wrong with the item, which is unacceptable.
It is very important to us to
provide excellent customer care and I promise you no seller appreciates your
business more than we do.
