Simplicity landlord 16 hydrostatic riding mower. Only 79 hours on this machine! Purchased from an estate, after the owner passed away the mower sat for a while. Started right up on starting fluid. Will need a seat (worn and the metal is bent), rear tires need to be reseated on the bead, and gone over in general from sitting. Tires do have dryrot but appear useable if you put air in and maybe a sealant or tubes. Has an electric deck hoist. This is a fairly expensive machine, so get it before I go over it and the price goes up! Spring eventually will be here!
