Snap Hook Golf is a one man operation that brings to you high end and name brand premium used golf equipment, and the highest level of customer service that you could ask for. I have always had a passion for golf and really it’s all I want to do. Starting in the retail business has always given me a sense of how people want to be treated and how to deal with people, that’s why I have built my reputation on fast deliveries and quick responses to any question and customer may have. I think it is important to go above and beyond especially on where a lot of customers find themselves leery to do business because of a bad past experiance. The goal is to make all my customers know I am their go to guy when they need that hard to find driver or a used set of irons that look brand new and spend half the price and know that when the clubs come in the mail they aren’t trembling to see what the clubs really look like once they get to the house. Finally I have a lot of customers ask what is “Not the Lefties!” it started as a joke on me. I was out one day at the golf course with my friends and couldn’t do anything from hooking the ball left. I would hit a shot nice and solid to watch it head out to the right turn on the blinker and start snapping left! After several snap hooks into the left rough or woods I stand to hit another tee shot, come to find the outcome to be the same as all the rest. As the ball travels out to the right and quickly and sharply snap hooks left. My buddy standing behind me says “Not the Lefties” in a whiny sarcastic tone. All I could do is fall down and laugh it was a perfect remedy to me that I knew what was going to happen but hoped it would change. By him pointing out the obvious made me realize I could have been working or running around but I was where I love to be, on the golf course. Even though I was angry and frustrated about playing awful that funny comment put everything in perspective I love to be on the golf course no matter if I play lights out or I play awful, its my church, its my psychiatrist, and that’s where I want to be. And so it was born Snap Hook Golf and my tag line I still hear from time to time on the golf course “Not the Lefties!” I’m sure some of you know what I’m talking about too!
Payments are to be made within 3 days of sale close. Payments are preferred through Paypal and if you are purchasing more than one item please wait for an invoice before paying so I can combine your items into 1 shipment.
I ship daily if your payment is made before noon it will ship the same day. Combined shipping orders will receive a discounted rate. I ship all packages USPS Priority Mail so you have your clubs as soon as possible, unless requested otherwise. Check out my response I ship packages extremely fast! All free shipping promotions are for the United States only. I do ship worldwide at actual shipping costs to the buyer.
Returns are accepted on all products as long as they have not been used or altered. Returns accepted within 3 days of receiving your item. Refunds will be original purchase price less shipping. Return shipping paid for by buyer. If an item is won with Free Shipping and is returned the inital amount of shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. If there is a problem before you leave negative response please send me an email and we can work out a solution where both parties are happy.
