Our Condition Guide
Each club is carefully examined to determine its condition and then graded and put into its proper category. As you know everyone has their own option on the condition of a golf club. What we take into consideration when making our decision is the head, paint, shaft, grip and head cover if included. Then we look at the overall appearance and condition and then grade it accordingly. Just because there could be some light scuffing or small chipping in the paint or signs of normal use on the face and sole does not automatically down grade its condition if the rest of the club looks great.
We take great pride in our grading system and you will find that when your club arrives it has been properly graded.
We try and describe our clubs using the below guide the best that we can. If you feel we have made a mistake please do not hesitate to contact us immediately using messages so we can resolve your concerns. Like New This club may have seen a few golf balls if any or shows minor cosmetic blemishes or imperfections from normal shop ware but still appears to look almost like new with slight if any signs of use. The head, paint, shaft and head cover if included, all look excellent. Very Good This club is used and does have normal signs of use on the face and sole. It could have some chipping and scuffing in the paint and normal shaft ware but still looks very good and has been well taken care of. The crown does not have any sky marks or ball marks. The head, paint, grip, shaft and head cover if included , still look very good. Good This club is used and has seen many golf balls but is still in good condition. The head, paint, shaft and head cover all show normal signs of use to include, chipping, scratching, pop ups, small dents or other cosmetic imperfections. They have not been abused and do not have any major damage that would affect its play. The head, paint, shaft and head cover, if included all look good. This is still a good value for the money and for golfers not looking to spend a lot of money.

Return Policy
Condition Related Returns:
We try very hard to describe our clubs the best that we can. If you feel that we made a mistake in the description of your club or clubs please do not hesitate to contact us using messages so we can try and resolve your concerns. If not, you may return your club or clubs (within 30 days of receipt) as long as the club or clubs have not been used. We have placed a sticker on the face of each club and if it is removed or altered we will not accept the club or clubs back, no exceptions.
New Club Returns:
New Clubs or other new items must be returned Unused and in the same condition they were received, unopened and still in the original manufacturers packaging including the shrink wrap and tags along with all accessories if included. Any item that has been opened or used is no longer considered new and subject to a restocking fee up to 25% at our discretion with the exception of some clothing.
If your Item Arrives Damaged:
We have no control over how the shipping companies handle your package. If it arrives damaged please contact us immediately so we can start an insurance claim with the carrier. Please keep all packaging in case we need photos of the damaged packaging. We will replace the item provided we have another one in stock. If not we will refund you in full and provide you with a return shipping label.
Return Procedure:
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number prior to being returned. Please contact us Mon-Fri 8:30AM-5:00PM PST to discuss your return and receive your RMA# and label if applicable. Please write the RMA# on the outside of the box and place your original packing slip in the box for faster processing.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping excluding damaged or condition related returns.
- We strongly recommend insuring your package. If it arrives damaged no refund will be given.
- All returns are subject to inspection before any refund is issued.
- Refunds on items with free shipping will be reduced by the actual amount of shipping.
- Refund will be issued within 3 days of receipt.
