Shipping & Handling We ship Monday through Friday. Products will be shipped within 48 hours of payment being received. If your payment is not received and cleared by noon on Fridays (PST) your item will not go out until Monday.

PLEASE READ BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS: We guarantee authenticity of our products or your money back! We get the majority of our product direct from golf manufacturers. Our offices are based in Carlsbad, CA, the golf equipment capital of the world, home to top manufacturers such as Taylormade, Callaway Golf, Titleist and Cobra, among others.
UNPAID ITEM POLICY
Per \'s Unpaid Item policy, buyers automatically enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller if they win an online sale or use the Buy It Now feature. \'s UNPAID ITEM POLICY requires buyer to pay the seller for the items that they commit to purchase. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- We will not reduce the declared value on an item being shipped overseas.
- We will will not declare items purchased from us as gifts. Please do not ask us to do this.
- International shipping duty charges, VAT taxes, or international handling fees are NOT included in your shipping quote. Buyers are responsible for these charges. We are not able to estimate or calculate what these charges may be. Items may not be delivered until these fees/taxes are paid in your country.
- Canada shipping: buyers please use USPS services as UPS ground may charge hefty Duty taxes. We do not pay duty or broker fees.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- Customs can take up to 14 days to process packages and clear customs.
- Garage Sale Golf and the USPS have no jurisdiction over Customs. Once processed by Customs, packages will be released for delivery.
- Please be patient with all international shipments. If after 21 business/postal days from shipping notification, you have not received your package, contact Garage Sale Golf and we will be happy to research the delay. Our experience has been that most delayed shipments arrive within 30 days of the ship date. On the rare occasion your package is delayed beyond thirty (30) business days, please contact Garage Sale Golf and we will explore replacement options with you. Thank you.
COMBINED SHIPPING
- We offer combined shipping. If you win multiple sales do not pay for them individually.
- Wait until ALL the sales are over, then proceed to check out.
- Automatically your order will be combined for single payment. (If not just email us.)
INSURANCE
- We insure all your packages for loss or damage during shipping.
TRACKING NUMBERS/ CONFIRMATION
- Confirmation/Tracking numbers are emailed to you the day your package ships (usually within 24hrs of payment)
- If your email address with Paypal is NOT current or you have spam filters on your email account, you will not get your tracking number.
- With today\'s anti-virus software programs, sometimes our automated responses end up in \'Spam\' or \'Junk\' folders. Please check those folders if you have not received correspondence from us.

LOCAL PICK UP
- We are located in Carlsbad CA and offer local pick up. We require cleared paypal payment prior to pick up.
- We charge a $5.00 handling fee.

- Returns accepted on items accidently misrepresented in sale listings within 30-days of shipping date. Please contact Garage Sale Golf before returning.
- Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30-days from the shipping date. For refund, items must be unused (in original package and wrap) and returned in the same condition as originally shipped to you. In this case buyer pays return shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee at the time of refund. Please contact Garage Sale Golf for questions.
- In the event your item has a manufacturer material flaw, you can return it within 30 days of shipping date for a refund or exchange. Please contact Garage Sale Golf before returning.
- Garage Sale Golf will not credit returns with evidence of excessive wear, misuse, or alterations.
Condition Rating Scale Condition/Rating Description Brand New This item is brand new, factory wrapped, still in box. Open Box Mint Clubs in Mint condition is basically good as new. The item may have been a product returned to the manufacturer, cancelled orders not shipped by the manufacturer, customer returns that have not been opened and hit, or samples used as retail displays. In most cases the item still maintains the original manufacturer’s packaging or plastic wrapping. These clubs provide huge savings and come with full warranty. 9.9-10 Excellent Clubs in Excellent condition is Like New/Shop Wear - this means it has NEVER been hit, but it has had the factory wrap removed and/or may have MINOR sign of shop wear. Most people would be hard pressed to tell the difference between an Excellent Condition and New! 9.5 out of 10 Very Good Clubs that are in Very Good Condition shows that the overall luster of new is still very obvious. Under close inspection, shows visible signs of limited use yet has been exceptionally well maintained. You may see some faint cosmetic blemishes (ex: superficial scuffing and/or light scratching). 9 out of 10 Good Clubs in Good Condition is better than average with no signs of abuse. Used for half or a full season but has been well cared for. These include obvious cosmetic imperfections such as paint blemishes, scuffing, shallow dings/nicks and common shaft and grip wear. 8 out of 10 Value Condition Ideal for those who are less concerned with cosmetics and are looking for great value and maximum performance. Used for a couple of seasons. Average condition associated with frequent use. May include heavy scuffing, pop-up marks, paint chipping, dings and nicks.
