I now have a new policy in which I am ONLY using the Global Shipping Program. I have always tried to help out buyers by keeping shipping costs as low as possible. And I have always offered worldwide shipping.
Unfortunately, the number of international customers claiming the package did not arrive have been increasing. Since many of the countries do not have delivery confirmation I am then forced to refund the full amount for item and shipping. In addition, I lose the money I spent on shipping and I\'m out the record too.
As a very tiny personal business, I can\'t afford this.
While I understand packages are lost from time to time, I believe there are many dishonest people who seek to take advantage of the subpar postal service.
I will continue to offer worldwide shipping, but only through the Global Shipping Program.
