Vintage Oswald German Revolving Rotating Eyes Scotty Dog Clock w/"S" Sticker in good condition considering the fine hairline cracks around the head under the ears and a chip on the eyebrow. There aresome slight wear on the tail and the point of one of the ears. The clock ticks if you shake it and hold it a certain angle. The clock can use some cleaning in order to work properly. "Oswald Made in Germany" stamp in the back near the wind up key.
