I've been used to wearing a watch so it takes me time to get used to something else. I velcro'd it to the golf cart at eye sight because it's easier than carrying it in my pocket. If you use the belt clip it's a pain to get it out of it each time. Otherwise it seems pretty good. Does take a little extra time to find a satellite though. Controls are real easy to use. I'd rather have a watch I think.

Used it once so far and it worked fine. Only issue I have is the on/off button is very hard to operate. Sometimes one quick press and it comes on, but several times I had to press several times before it came on. In retrospect, For just a few more dol!ars I should have bought a new one. I love the unit and it is super easy to use and the numerals are easy to read.

This product is quite good for the money. It is much faster and more convenient that the expensive binocular type. I'm sure the ones the pros use is more accurate. But it matters little to me. I can immediately see the distance to the middle of the green, and front or back. And on courses I'm not familiar with, I can usually get a lay up distance to traps and creeks. I had one before, "lost it" and wanted another. My wife has been using a Sky Caddie for years and finds this an adequate replacement. And it is cheaper than the annual fee for the Sky Caddie. And all the courses we play are preloaded.

Awesome little device, I hung it on my bag with a inexpensive clip using the belt clip that came with. The charge lasts at least 3 rounds, it charges quickly, i do it in the car on the way to the course with my cell phone charger in the car. Two areas for improvement, the abreviations for the bunkers, carries, are a little hard to decode, and they are not defined in the mannual. I found a list on the web that helped me a lot. Also the belt clip broke after 3 months. This clip is needed to hang on my bag so i am hopeful bushnell will replace under warrenty, when i get a new clip i think i will reinforce with duct tape or electrical tape. Thesetwo areas are the the reason i gave 4 rather than 5 stars.

It's slow to pick up the GPS signal, 2 - 3 minutes but after that it's fine. Automatically switches to the next hole. It got confused once but a couple of button pushes and it was fine. Since this unit was a refurb, I did clean it up a bit. I've only gotten to use it for 3 rounds but all looks good. I wanted something simple and relatively cheap. That's what I got.
