I was given a different brand of range finder by a friend and had multiple issues with it being able to lock on targets and give yardage. I wanted to have the technology but was hesitantly buy an expensive device until I knew that there was a better device available. I purchased this used device to try it out and am very pleased. It is very accurate, ( I compared its accuracy with a different type of device) and it locks on targets and gives an immediate yardage. It has helped I. Many was to improve my game and I would highly recommend this technology and this brand of range finder. But remember, they are not all of the same quality as I mentioned above so, do your homework before you buy.

It is a very straightfoward device, just press the button and you have a precise distance. I bought it used and I believe that the ability to have a precise distance to the flag gives an advantage, even though I use a GPS unit too. Whenever Im 120 yards or less from the flag it gives me the confidence to hit the right shot. The pinseeker option is great, no more problems with not having a correct reading. It finds the flag easily, especially with good lighting. I highly recommend this unit

Unit is very easy to use,light weight, is very accurate, the pinsetter option is truly a great feature. Recently played two unfamiliar courses that did not have GPS units in the cart and found the rangefinder really helped club selection. For the serious golfer I consider it a great help.
heavier than lighter units limits shaking to get accurate measurement. I owned similar model, but it was damaged. Happy I found the one I purchased.
