I've been playing the Cleveland Titanium Launcher fairway woods for a long time. They're easy to hit and consistently give a mid/high trajectory. The stock Cleveland/Fujikura shafts work well. The head shape is compact/classic and the sole/setup lets you work the ball if you need to. These are good clubs and a good value.

Purchased a Cleveland 3 wood from quick ship golf last week. Beautiful club, however I was disappointed to find a long shaft extension when I decided to replace the grip.

I have tried many fairway woods, and although this isn't my favourite, it is sooo easy to hit with that I had to review it. I have taken this out to a course and hit it along with about 10 other fairway woods, and this among 2 others won hands down as the easiest to use. Its not offset, but you can purchase the sports series offset if thats what you're after. The lofts are very versatile, ranging from 2 degree increments. The stock shafts on these clubs is what I was most amazed about, usually you don't get fantastic shafts in the stock range, but the Cleveland stock shafts are really really good. What I like best about this club is that the head is the right size, and not clumsily huge, so it doesn't feel like you're swinging a lump of steel with a rod. Its the perfect low profile for tight lies, and off high soft turf is just as easy. I was trying the Regular Flex in the series and found it oh so easy to use, and the stiff when swung a lot harder just packs a punch. I really can't find any faults with this club, but I just prefer the feel of an Orlimar fairway personally. But having said that I do own one of these and often use it when I travel. Okay, hitting fades/draw is wonderful, provided you have natural ability to work the ball and shape your shot, its very easy to promote a draw or a fade. Definately a credit to Cleveland and you can tell they've put a lot of work into this one. The club is made for most players, and sits square at address and has such a flush feel to it when its struck pure that you'll know why you just paid a pretty penny for this club. Its a good effort to try and get one second hand, usually best recommendation is a 15 deg and 19/22 deg. Definately worth a try, and you wont regret spending good money on this one, but I always usually recommend buying second hand, that way if you change your mind, you can always sell it and not lose too much money. I hope this review has been helpful.Read full review
About three years ago, I bought a Deep Red Wilson Driver. I chose this over the Cleveland Launcher (which all the salesmen told me to buy). I loved this driver, but then I needed to find a 3 wood. I really didn't like the Deep Red 3-woods, but then I hit a Cleveland Launcher 3-wood. The face on these things are so hot, the ball just "launches off". At a accidental driving range oops I broke the head off of my DR driver, which Golf Galaxy was happy to send back to Wilson to get fixed(3 weeks). In the meantime, I had to use my Launcher 3-wood as my driver. I was hitting this thing just farther than some of my golfing buddies were hitting their drives and only losing 10-15 yards from my other golfing buddies, who could hit their driver pretty well. The next winter I sold my Deep Red Driver to one of my roommates, so that I could get the Launcher Driver. I followed this a year later by buying a Launcher 7-wood, which should supposedly take the place of my Ping i3 3 iron. Problem (sort of), I could hit the 7-wood farther then my 3-iron. So, I kept my 3 iron in my bag, just excepting an additonal weapon in my bag. My brother and my brother-in-law now both have Launcher woods in their bag after hitting my woods. These things are awesome, they are pretty easy to hit and are amazingly long. In a golf scramble a year ago, my group got second place (down 2 strokes) and it was largely to my second shot on 3 of the 4 par 5's by my Launcher 3 wood. You can now start to find several of these clubs at pretty reasonable prices on ebay. Buy these clubs.Read full review
I bought two Cleveland Launcher Fairway Woods this year (3 and 5 wood), just to replace the knock-offs I was carrying in my bag. The first time I went to the driving range, the difference was just amazing. Not only was I hitting these clubs straighter than my previous ones, but a lot farther. I can currently outdrive almost all of my golf buddies when they are hitting their drivers, and I am able to use these to attack greens on long par 5's. The price I paid for them was definately money well spent. If you are a long time scratch golfer, or a hacker still learning to play the game, these clubs will help your game.
