After hitting it only about 25 times, I’m convinced that this is almost certainly the best driver I’ve ever hit. While it may not be the best choice for big hitters with a very fast swing speed, it’s great for guys like me. I’m 69 with a swing speed of around 90, and this club with its draw bias and huge sweet spot is perfect for me. Almost amazingly, I have only hit a couple of unintentional fades and zero, that’s ZERO, slices.

I am unable to hit this any further than my Ping G 4 iron? Whereas my OLD cobra does about 225 meters and more on a good day. It has a slightly tinny feel and seems very light - It certainly does not fit with my Golf game.

If you can find one of these in good condition it’s definitely worth a try. The SF Tec version of the G30 driver has gotten me hitting long and straight down the fairway. Now I can focus more on improving my short game. I was amazed at how easy this club was to hit and wow what a sweet sound when you hit it good. If you’re tired of fighting a slice this is the driver for you!

Very happy with the purchase. The Ping SF Tec line is definitely an improvement over previous versions. I like the larger head on the G 30. I would recommend it for anyone attempting to "improve their game."
