This GPS is simple to use if you just want front, back, and center of the green. You won't get any course information until you get near a tee. You have to "swipe" the screen to get any other information. I had difficulty updating any course info with their PC software because I had enabled Bluetooth for the GB iPhone App. Once I turned Bluetooth off, everything worked well. For the price, I thought it was a good buy

Tough to use, does not tell you what course you are on,can not get the programs that are shown in the directions. Not an easy unit, my original golf buddy was real easy to use. I would noT buy another one

More compact and easier to use than my Golf Buddy World. Love the large numerals for these old geezer eyes. The backlit screed is much improved. The touch screen takes a little time to get used to, but all in all, a very nice unit.

I have several golf buddy gps products for my golf games, platinum, voice, wt3. It is my 4th golf buddy gps product that I bought, VTX. I can not tell the life of battery at this time but I played 18 holes with this product on my first round without run out of battery power. But my wt3 gps did not make 18 holes.

have the golf buddy for the wrist and didn't like that the battery was only good for one round of golf. like hand held which will go more than three rounds. I also like the hand held because the screen is readable even in bright sunlight. Charging sometimes is tough, you need to jiggle the cord to get the charge started but no real problem. Very accurate
