I damaged my 4-iron and needed a replacement. This is a good club from Dallas Golf, although it doesn't provide the consistant distance my original Nike Slingshot 4-iron did (I went from 205 yards to 185-190 yards). I have learned to use it for the new distance, so I'm happy with it. The cavity is not as deep as my previous Nike Slingshots. All in all, it's a good club for the price. I would recommend it for the palyer wanting to use high quality clubs at an economical price.
I have only played for three years and got these slingshots as an upgrade from a cheaper set. They are very smooth and forgiving. I gained about ten yards per club, but more importantly, my shots cover more distance in the air. No more of my famous line drives that roll to the next tee box. I can now aim and let the club put the ball where I want instead of trying muscle it there myself and leaving it short (or losing the damn ball). My old clubs were spalding pro caliber plus with graphite shafts so maybe that has something to do with why I love these slingshots so much.
Nike slingshot irons great clubs.

These clubs are simply amazing!! The "sweet spot" is larger and forgives some mishits. Having played with cheaper irons, the Slingshot gives extra distance, at least a club and maybe 2!! I consistantly hit my 4-iron off the tee, and can expect close to 215 yards, usually in the center of the fairway. If you tend to hit off-center, these are the clubs for you. The grips....unbelievable as well. No slipping in the rain, and no blisters in the sun.
I really haven't had the chance to use the club yet. I purchased it because the set I bought didn't have a 4 iron. I didn't think I would miss it but I really wanted to have a 4 iron in my bag. I do like my other slingshot irons a lot and I am guessing this club will be just fine.
