I am overall very happy with the M1 440 driver. It looks great at alignment has a much improved sound and feel over prior Taylormade drivers I have owned and actually helped me score my first eagle the first round I played with it. The downside is it takes a little getting used to the adjustments and how to get it setup for you. It wasn't a terrible undertaking but did take a couple large buckets over the course of 2 days on the range. (not all shots were spent on just the driver). I play "bogey golf" give or take a couple shots on any given round and i have found this driver to be longer than my previous driver (taylormade RBZ) but it is not quite as forgiving, due to the 440 head instead of the 460. If you don't consistently hit the center of the clubface (about the size of silver dollar) then i would recommend the larger head for added forgiveness. I am a slightly above avg in length at 260-275ish off the tee and I was able to hit most of my drives the first day out at least that. I was able to reach all the par 5's in 2 for the first time and was about a club closer than normal on the par 4's. I am sure this will provide years of great golf shots and maybe even help me steal a shot here or there.Read full review
