Grading System
We classify used balls into AAAAA, AAAA, AAAand AA grades. Our grades can be defined as follows:
Mint Quality (AAAAA)
The appearance and feel of this golf ball is similar to a new golf ball. This golf ball will show no or very little wear and will retain the original color and luster. Player pen markings and logos of all shapes and sizes will be included at random.
Near Mint Quality (AAAA)
The condition of this golf ball will be similar to a golf ball that has been played for a few holes. There may be a slight cosmetic blemishes and discoloration and in some of the dimples. There may be a slight difference in luster and color. Balls may have small scuffs, cart path marks, or discoloration but are very clean and playable. The integrity and flight characteristic is not compromised. These golf balls will include player markings, team and corporate logos at random.
Good Quality (AAA)
These used golf balls may have slight scuffs and blemishes. There may be minor discoloration and some of the print may smudge. Higher grade x-outs and practice models may be included. No cuts are included. These golf balls will include player markings, team and corporate logos at random.
Practice Quality (AA)
Poor Condition. The AA grade used golf ball may look worn, discolored, blemished and most will have scuffs. These golf balls can be used by beginners, first timers or work great as practice balls. These golf balls will include player markings, team and corporate logos at random.
Payment Information
- Paypal payment is the only accepted form of payment.

Shipping Policy

- Listed shipping cost does not include insurance coverage.
- Expedited delivery is available, please contact customer service for shipping cost.
- Buyers are responsible for all CUSTOMS AND DUTIES on all international shipments.
- UPS Delivery will take 1-5 business days.
- UPS Ground/Free Shipping 5-10 business days.
- UPS Delivers Monday - Friday.
- Canada Post will take 1-10 business days.
- When will my order be shipped? Your order will leave our warehouseby UPS ground service in most cases within 24 business hours (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) once Only Golf Balls receives payment.
- Please Note: Shipping Days and Days-In-Transit do not include weekends or holidays.
- When will I receive my order? You should receive your order 4 to 10 business days after we receive payment. Please note that UPS does not deliver on weekends. Rural areas please allow for 1 to 2 more business days.
- Will I be able to track my order? A tracking number will be emailed to you byUPS once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse. The email will be from Quantum View. As well tracking # will be available in your account uploaded by Only Golf Balls.
- Are there any hidden charges? There will be No duties, no tariffs to USA orCanadian addresses.
- Will I be charged tax? There are no taxes if we ship to a USA address. If youhave a Canadian address, you will be charged any applicable provincial sales taxes.
- Is my order covered by insurance? Yes it is! it is in included in your shipping and handling charge only up to 100 dollars.
- Can I pick my order up? Sorry, no pickup available at this time.
- Can I ship to a P.O. Box or APO/AFO? Unfortunately UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes or APO\'s and therefore we do not.
IMPORTANT NOTE: UPS Extended Zone Delivery Areas
Only golf balls reserves the right to decline shipping to UPS Extended Zones. If you live in one of these zones, you will be contacted with a PayPal bill to pay extended area delivery costs or you may decline the order for a full refund.
Please email for costs if you feel you may reside in an extended area. Typically, a Canadian Postal Code with a zero as the second digit indicates an extended zone. For example: B0T 1W4 or S0E 1L2. Please check the UPS website for a complete list of extended areas:
International Shipping
Does Only Golf Balls ship internationally? Absolutely! Only Golf Balls specializes in International Shipments! Our team will select the international carrier that is best for your specific delivery. Brokerage fees are included in the stated delivery rates, however, applicable duties and taxes will be your responsibility as the importer of the merchandise.
International shipments will leave our warehouse within 1 business day of receipt of payment.

Do I Have To Pay Duties/Taxes If I Am Ordering From Outside The United States or Canada? You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information.
Additionally, when ordering from Only Golf Balls, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
International packages are shipped as \"merchandise with actual purchase prices\" to comply with customs guidelines. We ship several hundred orders internationally every week and cannot run the risk of a product audit. We try to get our products to you at the lowest possible price to ease the burden on you.
Is tracking available on International orders?
Yes! you will receive a tracking number and can follow your orders progress online.
When Will My Order Arrive? International Air deliveries are 5-12 business days to most destinations. Each order must clear customs before being delivered to its final destination which may result in delivery delays. Please consult your local customs office for additional information.

Return Policy
- 30 day return/money back guarantee on items that are returned to us in their original condition and packaging
- Our money back guarantee is not a playability guarantee. The guarantee only applies to genuine dissatisfaction issues such as receipt of wrong item or quality issues
- A 20% restocking fee will apply to items that are returned without a legitimate dissatisfaction issue. The restocking fee will not be charged in case the item does not match sale listing or the wrong item is shipped by mistake.
