Offered as one assembled antique/vintage golf collection featuring 12 early golf balls, an antique narrow canvas and leather stovepipe-style golf bag, and a group of vintage wooden golf tees.
The golf balls include a desirable assortment of named early rubber-core balls with mesh/lattice, dimple and other period cover patterns.

1. Spalding P.G.A. Championship – Geer Patent Cover
2. Unmarked square-mesh/lattice-pattern ball with red coloration visible beneath areas of the worn exterior finish
3. Super Whippet – Double Blue Dot dimple-pattern ball
4. Unidentified early patterned rubber-core ball with faint molded marking
5. Stylist – square-mesh pattern
6. Tiger – square-mesh pattern with black double-square markings
7. Wright & Ditson – Black Circle mesh-pattern ball, c.1920s
8. Unmarked square-mesh rubber-core ball

The group therefore includes three Tiger balls, two Stylist balls, two identifiable Spalding models, a Wright & Ditson Black Circle, a Super Whippet and several additional early patterned balls.
ANTIQUE GOLF BAG:
The accompanying narrow stovepipe-style golf bag is constructed of heavy canvas with leather trim/straps and metal fittings.
The metal base is stamped:

The June 12, 1917 date is the patent date stamped on the bag. It is presented as a patent marking and is NOT represented as the exact manufacture date of this particular bag.
The bag measures approximately 34–35 inches long, with the metal base measuring approximately 5½ inches across.
A group of vintage wooden golf tees in red/yellow finishes is also included as pictured.
CONDITION:
This collection is being offered in as-found antique/collectible condition.
The golf balls show substantial age and play wear to varying degrees. Condition includes extensive surface crazing and cracking, discoloration, abrasions, paint and marking loss, chips and areas of cover deterioration and/or loss. Some balls have pronounced cracks and significant surface deterioration.
Despite the condition, numerous original manufacturer/model markings remain clearly visible, including Tiger, Stylist, Spalding P.G.A. Championship, Super Whippet, Wright & Ditson and Spalding Witch markings.
The canvas golf bag shows age-related staining, discoloration and wear. Leather components exhibit drying, cracking, abrasions and deterioration. Metal components show oxidation and patina. Stitching and material show areas of wear and fraying consistent with age.
No attempt has been made to repaint, refinish or cosmetically restore the golf balls.
Please review all photographs carefully for the exact markings, patterns and condition of each ball and the condition of the bag. Photographs are considered an important part of the description.
