The grip has some peeling you see the original picture and a picture of the grip covered up with a gauze tape to make it more consistent.

The grip is about 15 in Long

I do not have the original head cover but will include a head cover sufficient to protect the Putter.

There may be some minor scratches and small dings.

The insert is mint.

*The weight kit is a sufficient total kit that comes with the putter.

*All the components are included and the kit is in excellent shape.

*The case is a little scratched but everything inside is is in excellent shape.

*I do not have the original instructions to give you,

but will provide a copy of the instructions that I do have for adjusting the various weights.

*You have the option to change the weights at the bottom of the Putter, as well as in the butt end of the grip. And you have the necessary tool to make these adjustments.
