Selling two Canon Leica Thread Mount (LTM, L39) rangefinders for parts or repair. Both are have various issues and will need a full service in order to be functional again. Bodies are in rough condition, but could be a project for someone who wants to restore these two cameras or they can be used as parts to restore other cameras.
First one is a Canon Model IIIA comes with the film spool and attached with a Canon Serrenar 50mm F1.8. Film advance knob is stiff, and while the shutter fires including the slow speeds, the curtains are rotted and will need to be replaced. Rangefinder moves slow. Viewfinder is dirty.
The included 50mm has some haze and what I think is a deep scratch inside one of the middle element.
Second model is a Canon VL that has the stainless steel shutter curtains, but the ribbons snapped. The Canon VL will come with an LTM body cap
