John Deere GT262 riding mower. This is not the cheap big box store John Deere mower, this is the real deal John Deere.17 horsepower engine, 48inch deck. 5 forward speeds, one reverse. Runs and drives excellent, I used it a few times last season without any issues. Blades could be sharpened for this season. The hood is in rough shape which is a very common problem with these, however they can be obtained affordably though aftermarket companies. This is a tough tractor that you will be able to pass down to your kids and grandkids. The only reason I am selling this one is due to the fact that I have 4 of the GT series tractors, and obviously I can only use one at a time. These generally sell for around $1400 though a dealer however the hood damage was factored in to the price. If you want a tough riding mower that will last your lifetime the John Deere GT series is the one to buy.
