Payment:
Prompt payment is expected within 48hrs of end of sale. Items typically ship in 1-2 US business days after payment received. You will be notified if there is any delay beyond two US business days. We aoffere by all policies.
Packaging:
Item will be well packed. Item may be partially disassembled (if applicable). We recommend professional reassembly or installation. We use recycled packaging whenever possible.
Shipping (General):
Expect shipping delays. Shipping method and carrier is at our discretion and may vary from the description or selected option. Every shipment receives a tracking number.
US Shipping/Combined Shipping:
We decided at the beginning of 2023 to provide free domestic shipping on most items. If you buy multiple items from us, shipping may or may not be combined (typically we can). We will automatically combine shipping whenever possible. This is at our discretion.
International Shipping:
We are US-based. International Shipping has now replaced the old Global Shipping Program. Please direct any questions about international shipping directly to . does not show us the shipping cost. If you message us about international shipping, we will only direct you to contact yourself. We only ship to the address given to us by and cannot make any exceptions.
