1)We use recycled materials to ship in. You may receive recycled packaging. This helps keep our prices low. Rest assured, however, your item will not ship in an unsafe manner and will arrive safe and sound.
2) Trust me, I'm not an expert on a darn thing, really. I simply list what I have. Every item is described as accurately as possible, if you have questions, ask before offerding
3) Refunds will be given if I have grossly misrepresented the item and I do make mistakes once in a while. I'm more than willing to give a full refund as well as return shipping. I will only refund up to the original price of shipping for return shipping. Returns need to be within 30 days. Please contact me ASAP with any concerns. Since I do allow returns please do not open a case I will work with you.

4)Your item will ship as quickly as possible (usually the next day or same day if possible.). I ship Monday through Friday.
5)Payment must be received within 4 days of end of sale.
